  1. I'll do it if you pay all expenses, including cost of any repairs needed, pay me a generous fee and fly me home after.

It may be cheaper to ship it?

  2. Try uship.com. Lots of shippers on there. You can probably get it done pretty reasonable.

  3. Rather than have my car driven by a complete stranger for three thousand some odd miles, I'd pay to have it shipped via commercial hauler; there are many listed in the Yellow Pages and in Hemmings Motor News. Why pay someone to drive your car that many miles in a period of a week or so,  have to worry about accidents, breakdowns, and fuel/insurance problems, plus pay their homebound  transportaion, as well as their lodging and food bills for that period of time, when the haulers will pack the vehicle in an enclosed trailer, deliver it safely and expeditiously to your destination, and it will not have put one wheel on the pavement, nor cost you any more than the gas, wear and tear and other potential problems involved with hiring a driver?  Makes no sense to me.... Good luck!

  4. Perhaps you could place an ad in the newspaper/online. Also, in my area, local used car dealers actually pay people to transport their cars. My Mother did this a few times. You might want to call them up and maybe they can refer you to someone. Good luck.
