How do I find someone to teach me how to drive? I'm almost 21.?

I have a phobia when it comes to driving. I haven't driven a car in almost 3 years since I went over a curb. I've been trying to drive again since then but I don't make any progress when my mom or boyfriend tries to re- teach me. Sometimes I can't even put my foot on the gas. I tried to find someone professional to teach me but they say I'm too old.

There are places that you can go that help you to work through your fears by building confidence in your own skills. Check with your local community center and they can help. You are not too old to learn and that they didn't want to take your money to teach you is ridiculous.
