How do I find something I recorded on DVR?

We just got Time Warner Cable and I recorded Lost the other night with the DVR. But I can't figure out how to find it now to watch. Thanks in advance.

Push the "My DVR" button on your remote and then select "My Recordings" from the menu that appears.  Scroll down to "Lost" and there you go.  "Lost" is not lost any longer.
