How do I find the CO2 product (in metric tons) from petroleum diesel combustion?

I'm trying to compare CO2 output from petroleum diesel and B20 blend biodiesel combustion, so I also need to figure out how much CO2 is produced from B20 combustion as well. Thank you!!!
