How do I fix Roxio Home creator????

It keeps on saying Windows is looking for a solution to the problem but it never finds one. Plus it never loads up!!! What do I do????

Any advice or suggestions will be appreciated!!!!

  1. Email Roxio - i had simular problems - i deleted the program and reinstalled it which resolved my problems - obviously i backed up my files first


  2. You have to e-mail Roxio Creator Home. However, I do not know what there e-mail address is.
