Is there a way to fix a tear on the seat of my leather couch. I need the repair to be strong enough that the tare will not reopen or enlarge after repeated sittings and I would like it if it appears as though there never was a tear.

  4. You'll need a leather repair kit... there are several available.

If you are patient, and good at matching textures and color, you CAN make the repair invisible.

  5. Tears in seat cushions are very difficult even for a qualified technician as the area is under constant stress.  No DIY kit is going to work to give you a strong repair that you cannot see.  You are far better getting a qualified technician in to look at it and then they can asess the likliehood of it being effective otherwise you will need to replace the panel of leather
