How do I fix a Samsung tube TV stuck on volume?

Hi. I have a Samsung (tube television from about 5 years ago) and for the first time it is stuck on volume and is stuck on zero. My 2 year old was messing with the buttons and I am not sure what she did. Also when I try to go into the menu, it seems to be scrolling through options on it's own.

I don't think it's the remote because I took the batteries out and turned it back on and it continued to do the same thing. Any suggestions?

As a quickie, try unplugging from the wall for about 5 minutes, then plug it back in and try it.  See if that works for you.

The volume down button on the tv is probably stuck in and constantly pressing the switch. Try pressing each button one at a time to see if they feel like they move normal. While doing this the stuck button will probably pop back out and resolve the issue.
