Maybe temporarily, but you can get kits for this just about anywhere pool accessories are sold. Probably at hardware stores too.

yeah hi, easy a bycycle punchure repair kit will give a strong repair and gafa tape can work if you make sure the surfaces are clean free from oil/greese duct tape i bought recently as the proper brand at a high cost was rubbish? the cheeper gaffa tape or cloth tape is far better an about 4 times cheeper, may be i had a duff roll but if it ant gonna matter get down your local hardware store and get gaffa tape to sort it. bye

I use duct tape, or you could try the stuff you use to fix a hole in a bike tire. And you can get that at ACE just ask one of them where to find it and they will direct you in the right direction or they will take you to it.
