Question:

How do I fix a loose zipper?

My favourite pair of jeans has a loose zipper. Even though the pants fit well (if anything they are a little big). I am constantly having to check to make sure my zipper hasn't come down again. And I usually have to wear a long shirt, just in case it does. Any tips on how to make it not fall down all the time?

  1. Tie a piece of string through the hole in the zipper thingy you know the piece you hold to pull it up and down, make sure it's not to thick or to thin or it'll break.  Make sure you have enough so that when you pull the zip up completely you can loop it over the button at the top of your pant's.  Good luck

  2. safety pin it to the flap of your jeans.  the pin doesn't even have to go all the way through and no one will no the difference...unless of course you need to pee real bad and can't get it unpinned and down in time, then everyone will notice....haha

  3. Get a keyring, you krow the the circle that accomodates your keys and you attach it to your zipper like you would thread a key, then you put the circle into the button that pulls your jeans together, then when nature calls just undo your jeans button and unzip. Much easier than stuffing around with safety pins and cheaper than getting new zippers put in. THIS WORKS A TREAT !!!!!!

  4. take it to the Tailor and have it them put new zipper on.
