After I got back from my vacation that I got no sleep on between the drive out to my destination and the hiking through the mountains I have done I have almost gotten no sleep.I have felt completely out of it after I have got back and have developed bad dry eyes and sleep deprivation.I really need help to get back into a normal rythem I feel really just out of it almost like i'm drunk or something can anyone give me any good idea's of how to get back into my rythem please?
