How do I fix extreme dry scalp?

My scalp is extremely dry on the back due to my csp (compulsive skin picking). My scalp is damaged from years of picking, is there anything I can use to help heal it?

  1. pour some honey on it and then sit on an anthill! JK i dont know, u could always try rubbing some alovera on it?
