How do I fix interior lights on my 2003 Monte Carlo SS? It is not a fuse problem. ER brake on, lights work.?

Hi, I would say you have a dimmer switch some where on the drivers area.You may have moved it by accident. take a good look around.Good Luck

I would start by looking around your ebrake. I don't know your car, but I'm guessing the ebrake is foot, if so, check all the wires above and below it, you could either have a bad ground, or a frayed wire.

You may either be frayed and causing it to ground out while the ebrake is off, or it is only ground when the ebrake is on, my guess would be the grounding out when ebrake is off.
