How do I fix my BB gun?

Alright its an Colt Mk4 80 Series Pistol BB gun. My friend tried to shoot it with the safety on and he broke it somehow. Now i can't reload or shoot.

I'd contact Pyramyd Air, (even if you did not buy it from them) and ask them where an authorized Umarex repair facility is located. Likely this is something that you yourself cannot fix. Here's Pyramyd's site.
