My 1 1/2 year old son got to the keyboard and somehow did this (picture link below) to my desktop toolbar. How do I reduce the rows so that it is back to normal? Thanks!

  3. Hehe, kids. :)

Right click on the toolbar and click on Lock the Taskbar (it appears that your taskbar is locked from the image so that should unlock). Some little "grips" should appear next to the toolbars. Grab them and you should be able to move them back into place, and thus fixing the taskbar.
