Question:

How do I fix my TV picture (Toshiba)...it looks like it's broadcasting in 3-d!?

The TV is a 52" TOSHIBA projection. I'm sure it's a convergence setting issue but I can't get the red cross to line up with the blue and green. Actually, the red crosses located in the four corners are slightly turned about 5 degrees from the blue and green. It's impossible for me to line the red so my picture appears to be in 3d while viewing. If you were to break my screen into 3 sections laterally, the top and bottom sections appear in 3d but the center section appears to have everything in line. I've tried the touch focus, the convergence settings....I'm at a loss at this point. I want to call a tech but don't know any in the area and wanted to find out as much as I could before making the call. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
