How do I fix my Yahoo mail account to get rid of the yield manager message that keeps popping up?

I have tried to update my spyware program with Spybot Search and Destroy, but it didn't work. I also tried to block the ad.yieldmanager.com website on my privacy settings. Does anyone have a solution?
