Question:

How do I fix my bankruptcy?

I filed bankruptcy about a year ago through an attorney. I chose to reaffirm my first and second mortgages and a vehicle. Recently I pulled my credit report and found that my first mortgage and vehicle were marked as being "included in bankruptcy". I contacted the credit bureau and my mortgage company to figure out what was going on. I was told that the "reaffirmation paperwork was not filed before the bankruptcy" so it is considered included. I have a few questions about this:

If these items are included in the bankruptcy then do I no longer own them? And if that's the case, why are they continuing to request payments each month?

Next, my second mortgage signifies that it has been "reaffirmed", but the first has not been; So am I required to pay on the second even if my first mortgage lender says I no longer own the house?

I'm not even sure I'm asking the right questions, this entire situation is confusing to say the least. Please give me an idea on what I should do or at least some clarification on what all of this means.
