How do I fix my body's inner clock so that I can cure my insomnia!?

I messed up my sleeping pattern by going to bed at a late time, and now I can't sleep worth nothing! I usually fall asleep at around 3am, and I need to fix it....what can I do?? I can't see a doctor because I have no health insurance.

  1. No caffeine after 4PM. Try going to bed a little earlier every night. Do something to relax before going to sleep like taking a bath.
