I've been feeling really stressed out and depressed lately because of work and uni. I've already tried to get certain shifts off, but I'm afraid of being fired from my job or being treated like c**p because I get the feeling that my boss won't understand me and they're the one who's putting me under pressure. I've already seen a doctor and had some blood taken and I've been seeing a counsellor (the sessions I'm about to change to weekly) but I feel so frustrated and angry all the time and I'm afraid that I'm going to lash out at people. I feel guilty though because when I tell other people, they get frustrated as well and the things that are causing my problem are petty and I know they're going to say "that's life" So what can I do as a temporary measure that's affordable because I barely make enough as it is on a checkout chick's wages?
