One of my eyes does not line up with the other (I think it's called lazy eye) and because of that the two 'pictures' seen by both eyes differs, the lazy one's is more of to the left (because the pupil itself is slightly to the right), making it more difficult for its 'picture' to be understood and for it to read smaller text apart from when I can focus it properly. The two eyes do ocassionally linr up perfect but

How do I get my eye to line up properly for good?

  1. opticians - you might need to see an eye specialist at the hospital - my little sister had the same type of problem - she got special glasses for it recommended by the eye specialist at the hospital - she went back for check ups to see how it was improving - sometimes you might need an operation.

  2. i've got the same i've just started like treatment at the eye hospital near me. they're just doing exercises at the minute i amy have to have surgery though there not sure. time will tell.

what you need to do is see your gp and get referred then they should fix it or try.

  3. i have the same problem. i was called soz boz when i was at school and it upset me very much so in the end i had an operation to make my eyes move together. it was called left and right lateral rectus resessions. ask you optition if you want and they can refer you to a hospital specialist. the only problem is the op only lasts for 5 years so now my eyes are just like they used to be but i dont mind anymore!

just use 1 eye to read, it works for me!

  4. You need to see your optician about this problem . If glasses don't align them . You can have a small operation that will fix it . It is best caught early though the younger you are the better it will be
