How do I fix my font size and the way my screen looks?

I don't know what I did, but my screen looks like the screen off my razr phone when you are using the internet on it. I was messing around with the appearance on the control panel option and now my yahoo and every other page I look at are messed up. The letter are too big and letters are getting jumbled into each other, please help I want my old computer back!

You must down load Photo shop.

On your toolbar go to view and click on text size.  Just try a smaller one until you are satisfied where it's at.  If that doesn't work you try to do a system restore.
