How do I fix my ipod?

Question

My 30gig ipod keeps showing and error with a sad face on it, I think its sync error (-48)

Also my ipod keeps freezing in order to fix it I always have to restart it.

-Does anyone know why these problems occur? & how do you fix them?

alot of ipods just mess up for no reason,

you could send it back for a new one if the warranty is still good.

or you could hold the center and menu buttons together until it restarts

or just restore it using itunes

if nothing else works theres always the option to taking it into a professional at like circuit city.

go on the ipod website and reset it! you will lose all your music! how ever if its not sync ing you cant load songs on anyway I had to do it once and it takes ages! good luck
