How do I fix my palm centro I just dropped in water?

everything on it's working except the end button, my battery charging light (red) is staying on like my chargers plugged in when it isnt...and you can see water in my screen. PLEASE HELP.

To fix the water in the screen you can use a blow dryer and hold it up to the screen for a little bit.

about the other stuff depending on how long you have had your phone its probably still under warranty so just call your service provider and explain them the problems your having. Don't tell them that you dropped your phone in water
