How do I fix my search feature on Yahoo! ?

Question

I cannot search for anything on Yahoo!. Whenever I type something to search for on the search section of the page it looks as if it is trying to search and then gives me "page cannot be displayed" error message. I thought the weblink at the bottom was odd and redundant. Could be a possible problem somewhere. Please help me to fix it.

Example: When searching the word, surfing, the link below is what's displayed:

http://www.yahoo.com/r/sx/*-http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=surfing&fr=yfp-t-501&toggle=1&cop=mss&ei=UTF-8

It is very frustrating.

first ,check to see if your firewall is not set to high,it should read medium or medium low depending on which one you have

to do this click on tools(in browser)

>internet options

>security check levels if too high then

>reset all to default level apply and ok

then make sure you are signed in to yahoo

make yhaoo a trusted site ot do thisgo back into

toole>internet options>security>trusted sites>sites>add>ok

then try again.good luck

Restart the pc. It is a common glitch right now.
