How do I fix my toilet?

It's not flushing all the way and the tank fills up very slowly after flushing. I don't think the tank is filling up completely and that is what is causing the poor flushes. It seems that something is wrong with the mechanism that fills the tank. How do I fix that?

  1. take it apart clean it. or replace it , it may be worn out
