How do I fix the iPod Black Album Art Issue?

How do fix the annoying black album art on my iPod? I put album art on one of my Videos on TV Shows and it shows a black box.

Whenever I go:

Videos > TV Shows > The Simpsons

the album art is a black box. I've already tried removing the art, reconnecting iPod and adding a new album art. Please help!

It is very annoying and I'd like to fix this please!

Ive found that if album art is added BEFORE putting files onto the ipod, this problem does not occur, so if you remove the file, then re-add it WITH album art, it should be fine
