How do I fix the noise my kitchen faucet has been making?

My kitchen faucet has been making a loud screeching noise and I don't know how do fix it. It only occurs when I turn it on full blast. Do I need to replace the sink or just make some adjustments?

It may be the aerator that is screwed to faucet spout.remove it and clean it

time to rebuild your faucet.  the washers have worn out and the irregular shape of the washers causes the water to make noises when the water flows over it at that speed.
