Question:

How do I flatten m tummy?!!? Please Please Please help me!!?

I'm 5'3 and my waist is 34 inches! how do i flatten my tummy Before december! December is my dead line. I'm going to a wedding and I'm the maid of Honor and i Have to look good! All my cousins have a waistline of the most 28 inches! Please help me... Any help at all would be greatly appreciated

  1. Run as much as possible. Your legs abs and everywhere will see the results! Do pilates for abs, it really does wonders. I take classes at Golds Gym for yoga, pilates, and weight lifting. Maybe try something like that.

    Stay away from sugars and sodium (salt) too. and remember portion sizes

  2. You must burn fat and work your torso (not just the abdominals). Burning fat is most important, do some aerobic cardio. Get your hear rate to the optimum level for at least thirty minutes a day. cut your calories down to around 1800 and reduce the fat in that amount.

    I went to the gym 5 days a week. I would do an hour on the stationary bike keeping my heart rate up. I'd do the bike 3 to five times a week. Then, after the bike or on alternate days, (depending on my energy level and other commitments), I'd work my upper body by doing low weight/high rep exercises like rows, curls, ect..

    But every day I would do the ab exercises- the sit up machine, that machine sit on and bend over (I forget what its called), and that excerscise where you hold your body up and lift your knees to your chest.

    I did this for two months.

    My meals were all pre-planned and low portion. I did not have much fun with food at that time but..it worked.

    Everyone told me there was no way to lose the gut but The truth is I no longer have a gut at all. I have a hard stomach approaching washboard- definitely flat!

  3. Running, this will strengthen your whole body.  Next do abdominal exercises to target your abdominal area.  The running will already shed some weight off your stomach the Pilate's will make your tummy stronger.  The stronger it is the less likely it will balloon or expand.

  4. Do more sit - up. it may help ur abdomen to get smaller.
