How do I fly my Flytech Dragon fly?

I tried flying the Flytech Dragon fly but it dosent go up and I cant turn left or right when flying. Dose anyone have any suggestion?

  1. take it to a shop and thye will trim the propella and then charge it at home, hopefully it would work
