  1. Congratulations on wanting to improve your life!  Sticking to a routine is a great way to relieve that anxiety of always being exhausted, late, and rushed.

The key to your success will be success.  What does that mean?  Start SMALL!  Start with going to sleep at the same time every evening.  Make that your priority and give yourself a pass on everything else (continuing trying on everything else, but don't stress about it).

Once you have successfully gone to bed at the same time for a set amount of days (for example, 7 days straight) - then continue on that goal and add your next (for example, waking up when your alarm goes off).

Don't overwhelm yourself by trying to change everything at once, because once you fail (and you will because you're human) you will give up.  Be realistic and start small, so you can be successful.  Then build on that success.

  2. you just have to start setting a pattern- if you wake at the same time every morning, you will get tired at night, and then you can start creating a pattern, and training your body rhythms to have the cycle. make sure you don't drink any caffeine at night because that will stop you from falling asleep.

  3. Write your routine on a paper with magic marker and stick it on your room door and try to"stick to it".Eventually you will your perform your routine automatically without thinking about it.

All you need is will power.

  4. use the alarm clock or a watch avoid distractions what is it that you find disruptive?keep a daily journal for a few weeks then look at it and see what needs to be fixed then work at it. It will take awhile to get your body into the rhythm so don't give up.
