How do I force forfeit someone before the force forfeit notice comes up?

I sit for 30 minutes sometimes unable to force forfeit a player who isn't playing!!!!!!!!!

if your playing on yahoo chess than just make sure that you're playing a game with a 10 min move rule and you'll automatically win
