How do I form an LLC in New York?

Hello, I would like to file for an LLC, where do I go to do that in NY? Specifically I live in Endicott, NY if that helps. THanks

  1. LLCs are done at the Secretary of State particularly the NY Division of Corporations

    The link contains the procedure and all forms you need to create an LLC


  2. Search for your STATE OF NEW YORK official website. That will have an application form.  

    Forming corporations are STATE LAW specific.
