How do I format movies to AVI for Sony Vegas?

They currently are uploaded from a basic movie clip format, but sony vegas won't accept them.

how do i get the whole movie to be AVI format?

  1. Down format factory and convert all your files to avi.  Next down movie editor whiz to join your files.  Both are free programs.
