Question:

How do I gain my emotions back to show my friends and family I care?

Ok, for the most part, I'm either pissed off, irritated or annoyed.

It's been like that for so long I don't know when I can say I was happy.

My family thinks I don't care about them because for the most part I'm yelling...

My friends don't think I'm happy being with them...

and the guy I like is getting mixed signals because he thinks I'm just straight up emo minus the cutting.

I have my stressful times with school, work, and home, but I've seen worst and see feel empty.

What can I do to get rid of this feeling of complete indifference?

  2. hi i've been a little grumby myself too but its only cause i'm so bored and deppresed all the time that i just want somthing to do away from home, its been summer vacation and it doesn't even feel like it, my parents alwyas work and i always have to daty home....and of course this is what usually makes my mad at my parents and i talk back even though i don't mean it...but i still care and absolutly love them...you probably are having a hard day..week....month? whats been happening..anything wrong? just say sorry for acting this way and the reason your acting like this...i mean there has to be a reason. You can't just be mad out of no where. try to lower yout temper try to watch a movie with your family try laughing one in a while try making others feel better...and then slowly you will better...(wow its like giving advice to myself....now i'm starting to feel better lol) but yeah just try to be happy and show them more then telling them that you care, cause you know you do ;D lol
