How do I get Auctioning liscense?

My brother have worked at a car dealership for almost a year and really want is lescense to go to auctions and purchase cars? How and what would he need to do to get those? Somebody who are serious please.

Anyone can go to a public auction but only people who own a dealers license go to the other auctions. You can go as a rep for a dealer but the cars you buy will be bought by the dealer and in their name.

Go to your state's DMV website where they'll have info on all of the requirements you have to meet in order to get your license.
