How do I get File reminders to work?

Question

I have several files set up in a yahoo group that are supposed to post monthly (or some every 2 weeks). NONE of them seem to post any more. I've tried re-establishing the file as a new file but it still doesn't work. These are files that USED to post all the time. HELP!

All you have to do is edit them to see when they are set for,  the only one that is a one time option is the one for letting the group know about a new file..
