How do I get ID?

Question

So I'm 18 in a week on July 3rd and i want some ID other than my passport and was just wondering which is the fastest way to get one as i have not got my provisional and I know they take a while i need it preferably for July 4-5th. Any Ideas???

you can go to the post office and get forms for an ID card and they only take a week or 2 to come =)
