Ok, I'm probably not phrasing my question correctly, but maybe you computer geniuses can help me. When I go to a page, it goes to how it looked the last time I was there, and I have to hit "refresh" each time. It's annoying. I can't find how to change it in "tools" "internet options." Can anyone help? I'm starting to feel like an idiot because I can't find how to do it. Thanks!
