How do I get Japanese font to show up?

Whenever I find a Japanese website, all my computer gets is a bunch of question marks (????) instead of the actual Japanese lettering. What do I have to do/download to get those sites to show me the actual lettering?

You need Japanese language support. What to do depends on your operating system. You may already have the necessaries in your computer, just not enabled it. A google search should reveal what you need to do.
