How do I get Limewire to connect to the internet?

I have Limewire version 4.18.5 & it keeps saying its not connected to the internet, but I am connected & it wont bring up any search results.

Ive tried updating program, unistalling & re-installing, but nothing seems to work. Ive just restarted my computer for the second time & it still doesnt work.

I would really appreciate some help. Thanks (:

  1. Go to limewire settings and change the connection type according to your internet connection.
