How do I get Norton patch for Firefox 3 when LiveUpdate doesn't work?

I have Norton 360 Version 2.0, and when I get on Firefox 3.0 more than once, it won't save my history, bookmarks, or homepage. I heard there was a downloadable patch to fix this though Norton LiveUpdate, but when I run the scan, the result is always that All protection and Program Files are up-to-date. How do I get this patch?
