How do I get RID of a Trojan Virus ?

I've ran Super Anti Spyware like ten times today. Literally, ten. No joke. It's worrying me. I can't ask my parents for help because they will ground me if I mess up my desktop, which is what I use for EVERYTHING. I'm having to use my laptop at the moment. So please, any help anyone can give me will be so appreciated.

I have use Superantispyware free edition. It is a cripple ware,

meaning many features are disable unless you pay.

I scan my PC with it and it can only come up with 3 harmless cookies,  which I can easily delete using internet explorer delete cookie button.

I would suggest that you get Avast. It is free for personal use.

Yesterday, my free anti-virus caught a trojan virus.

To ensure that the virus caught is not a false positive, I upload it to virus total web site to check.

To my surprise, all the big names in Anti-virus industry cannot detect the trojan. The one that detect the trojan are mainly the free version.

Well... your best bet is to reformat your whole hardrive, and reinstall everything back after your computer is reformated. Then your parents can't tell if it had a virus. Hope this helps.
