I saw answers like call the number on your card, or call the nearest service station, or call national 411, its Sunday @ 6:00 pm and your on the freeway trying to find someone to tow your car? Between 1 horse towns in Oregon. Do people really think this one through? It's not L.A. "I think I know my Answer AAA!"

  1. If you have AA membership, call AAA, at the number on the card, then!   If you have the State Farm Roadside Assistance, call the number on that card!  What's the problem?

  2. State Farm has Emergency Road Service but that only reimbursed the fair cost of a service call or towing.

*You would have to call for your own tow truck, pay the bill and then take the bill to your state farm agent and you would be reimbursed for whatever is reasonable and customary.

State Farm Emergency Road Service is good for:

    1) Towing to the nearest location where repairs can be made

    2) Labor up to one hour where your car broke down

    3) Reimbursed for the delivery of oil, gas, battery... but not for the part itself

    4) Locksmith- if you lock your keys in your car, up to 1 hour for the labor

    Hope this helps
