Longer answer: if you go to

http://yahoo.com

there's a link at the bottom of the page labeled "Company Info". Clicking on this takes you to the Y! Company page at:

http://docs.yahoo.com/info/

There are a bunch of links there. The one labeled "Investor Relations" takes you to a page where "Annual Reports" is a link on the left task bar. That takes you to the page I mentioned first.
