How do I get Yahoo to address my issue?

Question

I cant find ANY phone numbers to speak to Yahoo directly.

And I have an issue with Yahoo MOBILE in that they've taken away the "Mail (Classic)" option, and now I cant see my mail on my mobile phone! It worked fine before then.

They write me just to say: "Thank you for writing to Yahoo! Mobile.

We have forwarded a copy of your email..." to whoever.

THE BUCK JUST KEEPS GETTING PASSED!!!!

They say "If you wish to contact us regarding this issue please reference case #", but then dont actually give me a number to call them!

I even got a survey asking how pleased I was about them answering my concern.... BUT THEY HAVEN'T ANSWERED MY CONCERN!!

So how do I get someone to actually help me?
