How do I get a 360 picture for Yahoo answers?

How do I do this?

I want to put a picture of ME. Not some avatar.

UPDATE: The latest word is that it's taking 3 to 4 days for the image to show up this time. Again, be patient, if you decide to do this now.

Step-by-step though:

First, create a 360 space at http://360.yahoo.com . While logged into a yahoo service (mail, answers, whatever), type 360.yahoo.com in your web browser's address field (or just type 360 in a Yahoo! toolbar). Start creating your 360 space from there. Click the BIG YELLOW "Get Started" BUTTON on the far right section of that page!

After that, you can log in by by clicking on the teeny tiny "Sign-in" button on the upper left of the page. Then, the page refreshes and click on the teeny tiny "Yahoo 360 Home" link on the upper right of the page to get into the 360 space.

Make sure a JPEG formatted photo (with .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe extension) under 5MB is saved to your hard drive.

- Click your "My Page" link at the top

- Click "Edit Profile Photos" over the empty picture frame

- Click "Browse" and upload photo into an empty field. Then click one "use as primary" radio button on the right before saving.

You can't upload more than 4 profile pictures (this includes an avatar). Make sure that you are following the 360 Personal Photo guidelines here: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/gui... .

Then, come back to Yahoo! Answers. Click the "My Profile" link to the upper right of this Yahoo! Answers page, then click "Edit My Info" in the top left box on the Answers profile page. Scroll down to the image section and check the option of showing the 360 picture. Click Preview and then the OK button.

Once you have set your photo to primary and save,on 360, go to your answers profile,click on 'edit my info' and choose the 360 photo,preview and click OK

There is a bug with this and some people said it took them three days of trying but it did work.

So you may need to do the same. Just keep trying.

Also if you are a minor  they may not let you post a photo here.

Most likely the bugs are because of the transition to the new social network that Yahoo is getting ready.

We have not heard when this will take place but hopefully soon.

We will have to try to work around the bugs for now, There are other people with the same troubles. So some are going back to using their avatar for the answer page.
