How do I get a BODY like the girls from OLYMPICS BEACH VOLLEYBALL? (workouts)?

  1. One workout would be to actually play volleyball. (seriously, because it is fun AND it challenges you physically) Since all of their power comes from their core in volleyball, you might was to try mixing some moves from "core" work-outs on fitnessmagazine.com. Hope this helps!


  2. Seriously!! They were so athletic.

    Some workouts you can do at home are leg lifts (lay on floor with hands under butt and raise feet 6 inches off ground and hold or go up and down but never touch the floor), crunches, scullers are great (sit on butt and lean back 45 degrees and dont move your back. put your arms out in front but now in way of legs and push legs out and towards you and dont let touch ground), planks are excellent (aka bridges), and try erging - thats a great workout for your legs and abs. Regular pushups (not girly) and a lot of running will be helpful too along with lunges and jumpees (keeping your back straight bend down to a 90 angle like you were sitting almost then jump up continuously).
