How do I get a Polish identity card? Can I do it by post?

To get a Polish ID-Card, you should live in Poland. You need two biometric pics, inhabitants registration and some formulars, that you should fill at the office. Than you can obtain it there and you should pick it up yourself on the appoited day. So you can not obtain it by mail, phone, etc...
