How do I get a VISA to enter UK since I already have a Shenzen VISA?

I am carrying a Filipino passport. In Belgium how to get VISA to enter UK for a visit of 1week atmost. What are the processes to be undertaken? Is it very necessary for a host family where I will stay in the UK get involve in the application process?

i never heard about a shenzen visa, maybe you meant schengen and if you had one you can travel around Europe without problems but you need a visa for Uk so you better call any uk embassy in the country you are and ask them for the requirements.
