How do I get a Voters Id here in the Philippines? ?

   The Voters Id is only issued by the COMELEC office in the city / municipality where you are registered to vote.  I believe that they issue Voters Ids by batches and the actual Id preparation is done in the COMELEC head office - so it could be years before you are issued one.

You can visit your local COMELEC office. just bring the requirements needed....i can't really remember all the requirements but i think birth certificate is one of them. You will get a stub after filling up the necessary requirements/forms. Keep the stub to claim your Voter's ID. It will take about two years or so for the real id to be released.

Go to the local municipal office, look for COMELEC section/office. I don't know how long it will take.
